Before you are legally allowed to work as a registered healthcare professional in the UK, you must be registered/validated with your profession's governing body and obtain permission to work in the UK within your profession.

You will benefit from Ateam's expertise and extensive UK health network, as we can provide you with comprehensive instructions, application forms and advice on the validation procedures required for your profession. We know exactly what is required and will advise and support you throughout the entire process. You may require a Visa or Work Permit to be legally allowed to work in the UK, we will advise you on the best Visa for your circumstances and the best way to obtain it.

Before you leave for the UK, Ateam will provide you with a comprehensive candidate handbook which explains in detail, everything you will need to know about relocating to work in The UK. In most instances Ateam will be provide our overseas candidates with our "Meet and Greet" Service when first arriving in The UK. This means that we will pick you up from any UK airport, bring you to the Ateam head office in Birmingham where there is free accommodation available while you get over the jetlag. During your short stay in Birmingham, our consultants will answer any questions you have as well as opening you a UK bank account and other administrative matters that need attending to.
