Privacy

I acknowledge that the information (including personal data) that I provide to A-Team Health Recruitment will be held and processed by A-Team Health Recruitment for the purpose of assisting me to obtain a position with an employer or employers in the United Kingdom. I further acknowledge that the processing of the information will invariably include disclosure of my CV by A-Team Health Recruitment to employers in the United Kingdom. I hereby explicitly consent to the processing of my information by A-Team Health Recruitment for the foregoing purposes.

Liability

I expressly acknowledge that A-Team Health Recruitment disclaims any representation, warranty or other assurance as to the availability of, and my prospects of securing, any position with an employer in the United Kingdom. I further acknowledge that I shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses that I may incur in the process of applying for or taking up a position.

I acknowledge A-Team Health Recruitment are always to make the first introduction to an employer who's position has been shown to me by A-Team Health Recruitment. Furthermore, I will not approach any employer directly for any positions discussed by A-Team Health Recruitment (even if I know or have known the employer on any basis, previously).

I will notify A-Team Health Recruitment immediately, if an employer either employs, or attempts to employ me, in any capacity, where I have been previously referred by A-Team Health Recruitment to the employer within 12 months, whether or not I have been employed there previously.

I acknowledge that all communications about positions available are to be held confidential and details are not to be passed on to colleagues or employers.

I acknowledge it is the aim of A-Team Health Recruitment to only refer me to reputable and ethical employers. However, A-Team Health Recruitment do not take responsibility, or accept any liability for the professional conduct of any employer to or the conduct of the employer's business.

I acknowledge I am never an employee of A-Team Health Recruitment and hence have no authority to act for or on behalf of A-Team Health Recruitment. Furthermore, I acknowledge that wages I earn will be paid by my employer, and are not the responsibility of A-Team Health Recruitment.

I give A-Team Health Recruitment permission to contact the Referees whom I have provided, for the purpose of obtaining information relating to my previous employment.
